On Wednesday, February 11, the National Honor Society (NHS) at Linganore High School (LHS) took a field trip to the Smithsonian History Museums in Washington, D.C. The group was composed of juniors and seniors from the honor society, who had the opportunity to visit the American History Museum or Natural History Museum. The students also got to witness the monks’ on their final day of their Walk for Peace, which took them from Texas to D.C.
Featuring interviews from LHS seniors Eliza-Sara Caesian, Nora Lindstrom and Kaelyn Bass, as well as Linganore’s career coach Shayna Bolton, this video tells the story of the Lancers’ day at the Museum of Natural History and displays a variety of the exhibits they saw, as well as a brief look at the monks and their supporters outside the museum.
