On May 15, 2017, the seniors made their way down to the stadium during fourth period for yearbook distribution, food, and some social time, made possible by senior advisers and parent volunteers.

The seniors were served pork sandwiches from Carterque Barbeque and Grilling Co., salads, fruits, and chips. For dessert, there were brownies, cookies, and cakes available. Most of the food was donated by parent volunteers.

Students sat in the bleachers enjoying their food, signing and looking at each others yearbooks.

“I really enjoyed seeing everyone’s baby ads. It’s crazy how time flies,” said Courtney Green.

The seniors only have six days left, with the senior picnic being a reminder of how the school year is quickly coming to a close.
