On September 28, 2017, the Pom and Dance team performed at halftime at the varsity football game against Walkersville. The performance included throwback songs from the mid 2000’s.

The team wore yellow hair bows in honor of Lily Weaver and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The dance included crowd favorites like one kick line with all 26 girls.

The team is made up of five freshmen, six sophomores, nine juniors and six seniors. Katie Constantine is captain, and Mary Taylor and Kelsey Ward are co-captains. The team is coached by Mrs. Michelle Richardson.

“All the girls have been working their hardest to make sure the dances look good. I am super proud of all of them!” said Constantine.

The girls will be performing at the next home game on October 27. They will also perform at the pep rally and homecoming game on November 3.
