Lancer Media Kitchen: Make all breakfast muffins for Valentines Day
:On Valentine’s Day, nothing makes loved ones and family happier than a heartfelt gift of food. This is a quick and easy recipe for muffins that you can make to show people how much you love and appreciate them on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Bisquick
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
1 cup of shredded cheese
Crumbled cooked bacon strips (as many as you want)
Directions: Cook bacon and set aside. Mix other ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Scoop batter into greased muffin tin half way. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Add a small amount of batter on top. bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 min. Serve with maple syrup, hash browns, and more bacon if you will! Makes 12 muffins.
