Seahawks favored to win Super Bowl

In The Lance’s poll asking students who will win the Super Bowl, a surprising 87% of students said that the Seahawks will win, while a mere 13% of students said that the Patriots will win.
When asked what student’s primary motivations for watching the Super Bowl was, 37% of respondents answered “I am interested in the game.” Twenty-six percent of respondents said that they will be watching to see the halftime show, and 24% said that they won’t be watching the Super Bowl. Although it was a possible answer choice in the survey, none of the participants reported that they would be at a party.
The Super Bowl will be broadcast this evening on NBC at 6:00 p.m. If you are among the 24% who is not interested in the game, you can consider watching Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl XI or Hallmark Channel’s Kitten Bowl.
