LHS varsity cheer performs their routine.
On February 2, the varsity cheerleaders took first place at the county competition. This is their fifth consecutive county championship.
The varsity cheerleading squad competed against five other Frederick County high school teams: Frederick, Tuscarora, Oakdale, Urbana, Thomas Johnson at Oakdale High School.
LHS had zero deductions on their routine. Tuscarora earned second place.
First and second place teams will continue on to the North Regional Competition Saturday, February 7 at Harford Community College at 10 a.m.
