Todd and Wills win in Shippensburg University Scholastic 144 show: Photo of the Day 11/4/15

November 2, Shippensburg University announced the winners of the “Scholastic 144” contest. Fureen students from the LHS art department entered the contest. They were allowed to enter work with a size limit of 144 inches and smaller. This included ceramic sculptures, jewelry, photography, and drawings/paintings.
Congratulations to junior Kennedy Todd, grade 11, who won first place for her ceramic mixed media work ‘Heart Tree.’
Congratulations also to senior Marla Wills. She received an Honorable Mention for her digital photo, ‘Vapor.’
