The cast of the spring musical “Anything Goes” practice receive a lesson in tap dancing.
On Friday afternoon, the cast of the spring musical, “Anything Goes,” received a lesson in tap dancing taught by graduate Kylie Watson. They learned the seven basic tap dancing steps and three basic combos: shuffle-hop-step, step-shuffle-hop, shuffle-ball-change. 60 Linganore students make up the cast.
“Anything Goes,” is a musical that focuses on the antics of those aboard a ship bound to New York from London, featuring songs written by Cole Porter. The opening night is on April 17th and performances will continue through the 26th.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Linganore High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase camera/recording equipment and software. We hope to raise enough money to re-start a monthly printed issue of our paper.
