Its officially hunting season: Supernatural Season 10 premiere wows fans

The first episode of Supernatural Season 10 , “Black,” aired Tuesday, October 7th, and millions tuned in to watch the suspenseful premiere.

As a ten-season fan of the show, I certainly wasn’t disappointed with the episode. “Black” opened up with a brief reminder of what happened in the past season, “The Road So Far.”

It’s been six months since we’ve last been with the Winchesters, and things have never been this twisted. Castiel is losing his grace, Dean is a demon living it up with his now best friend Crowley, and Sam is left with the hunting job, working on getting his brother back.

At first, everything was what I’d been expecting since I’d read the description on the TV Guide before I watched, but, about half-way through, Supernatural pulled off yet again another twist to leave a suspenseful ending for the next episode.

The show is always worth the wait, and based on Monday night’s special, it doesn’t seem like  Supernatural is going to be ending anytime soon.

“No matter what happens, it always comes back down to these two brothers,” said a crew member during A Very Special Supernatural Special that aired Monday, October 6th on The CW. “And I think that’s what keeps Supernatural so popular.”

Stay tuned in for Supernatural on The CW, Tuesdays at 9 p.m.
