No fans, no cheering: Pandemic changes signing day experience

Each athlete had their own individual ten-minute time slot to hear their coach’s speech, sign their National Letter of Intent and take pictures. Samantha Hoefs signed to Randolph-Macon. She celebrated with her immediate family–smiling through her required mask.
