Daniel Ross scores at Mr. Linganore 2016
Daniel Ross got every football-loving audience member engaged with his intense NFL theme song entrance. Ross dressed as Heisman trophy winner and professional football player, Tim Tebow.
Ross ran past the opponent and scored a touchdown onstage. After, he began “Tebowing,” the coined term for Tebow’s victory salute. To “Tebow,” the player kneels on one knee and rests his forehead on his knuckles.
Ross was escorted by his girlfriend, Kayla Sheehy.

“Kayla and Elena Guardia definitely helped me the most,” Ross said.
Anxious about being in the spotlight, Ross threw up before the competition.
“I just had a lot of adrenaline. I almost threw Noll [Steiren] when I lifted him in my talent,” said Ross.
For his talent act, Ross and Steiren “battled” Nathaniel Musselman and Alec Stores. At the end of the perfomance, all four danced together.
“It was scary, but I ended up really liking the spotlight,” said Ross. “It was pretty stressful but 100% worth it.”
