Mia Lucas, Editor-in-Chief
Mia Lucas (@mialucas1124) is a member of the Class of 2024 and this is her third year as a part of the journalism department. Her two most favorite things are chocolate malted milkshakes and traveling.
Mia’s favorite subjects in school are English, music, and social studies. She also enjoys writing and reading. She is a drum major for the LHS Marching Band and is involved in the theater department. Mia is also in Tri-M Music Honor Society, National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, International Thespian Society, and Quill and Scroll Honor Society.
After high school, Mia hopes to pursue a career in the communications field. She would love to go to an out-of-state school and participate in a study abroad program. In college, she wants to major in communications or journalism with a possible minor in music.
Mia is very excited to expand her portfolio this year and continue to cover topics that she is passionate about.
