Girls Basketball play strong against Catoctin in scrimmage: Photo of the Day 12/3/2019
The girls tip off against Catoctin.
On December 3, Linganore defeated Catoctin 54 – 35 in a scrimmage.
Coach Rachel Easterday said, “I think all my girls do different things well, and right now we are playing pretty good.”
Number 11 Gabrielle Krystofiak earned a team high of 12 points.
Catoctin had 21 fouls and Linganore had 4. Linganore won 15 points off of Catoctin fouls.
Here are the scores of each period, Period 1: Linganore 9, Catcotin 6. Period 2: Linganore 13, Catcotin 8. Period 3: Linganore 21, Catcotin 9. Period 4: Linganore 11, Catcotin 12.
This was a very good scrimmage, content and non-stop movement back and forth. All players on the court were true athletes.
