Art Show Cleanup: Photo of the Day 4/28/17
Members of NAHS celebrate their successful art show.
Over 400 pieces of art ranging from level one, to the AP class, were on display at the Linganore Art show’s opening last night. There was a large turnout of art lovers from all over Frederick.
Digital Photography Teacher, Mrs. Tracey Ellis-Guss, helps with the clean up process after a successful night.
During the NAHS induction, seniors received honor cords and juniors received certificates of membership.
Art teacher Georgia Geisser and the NAHS presidents, Micheala Metcalf and Megan Wilhelm, spoke before the induction and presented $900 scholarships to the students who have shown initiative and have spent a significant amount of time running NAHS activities. This year, the recipients were seniors Michaela Metcalf, Kennedy Todd and Megan Wilhelm.
