Megan Newcomer’s pen-and-ink drawing, “Marcella,” won a silver medal at the national level of the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. The drawing was among 255,000 entrants in the country, and it was one of 32 gold or silver medal winners in MD. Megan’s work will be on display in June in NYC at Carnegie Hall. Congratulations Megan!
