Josh Watson is the winner of this year’s Senior Destination contest. He was chosen at random to win the two tickets and two t-shirts to Taylor Swift’s “Reputation” concert at FedEx Field in mid-July.

Go Moxie, a website that offers concert tickets to schools, sponsored two Taylor Swift tickets to one lucky senior. A name is randomly selected from a list of seniors who had a senior destination story written about them.

Watson said, winning the tickets was “unexpected but, nevertheless, a great surprise. I’m ecstatic about winning the tickets. I love Taylor Swift!”

Devin Barge was in charge of writing the senior destination stories this year. Senior destination stories include a celebration of where the senior is attending college, what they are going to miss most about high school, what they are most looking forward to about college, who has impacted them most in their high school career and any number of great memories they have of Linganore. Several dozen stories were written this year.
