The 18th Annual Mr. Linganore contest “It’s a Royal Affair” will be on March 4 at 7:00 p.m. Lancer Media is covering each of the contestants leading up to the big day.

One of the 12 contestants for the crown, Lincoln Robisch is going to be portraying a Tyrannosaurus Rex, king of the dinosaurs.  He will be escorted by Eileen Rich.

“I wanted to be the T-Rex because of his perseverance to deal with his small arms. This makes him the noblest figure out there,” said Robisch.

Robisch has seen two prior Mr. Linganore competitions, and thinks that he has an upper hand because he knows the goofy charisma that wows the judges.

“I wanted to particpate in Mr. Linganore because I have been incredibly lucky to have the experiences I’ve had here.  I feel that becoming Mr. Linganore would be a way of to honor the school that has given so much to me,” said Robicsh.

His favorite part has been practicing his talent and getting to know the other contestants better, but he believes that the hardest part of the competition will be not breaking his legs when he does the waltz.

Robisch is most excited about the talent part of the competition. ” I am signing the song ‘The Lady I Know’ and I think that this is going to impress the judges,” said Robisch

He is a member of GSA, Unified Sports, the Drama Club, and the musicals and play productions.  Last year, Robisch won the Global title for Destination Imagination.

Robisch plans to study film production at college.
