NHS talent show winners

Congratulations to the winners of the National Honor Society talent show!

Senior Scott Coblentz used his juggling skills to win the overall competition.

The winner of the Best Band category is the band called The Silver Plates, which holds 7 members, Seniors Luke Amatucci, Chris Goodridge, Becca Moorman, Matt Raabe, Juniors Riley Bruning, Dillon Mitcham and Sophomore Matt Demember. They performed the song Postcards from Italy by Beirut.

The winners of the Instrumental category are Freshmen Frannie Davis and Sarah Maerten. They performed a medley of classic rock songs on the flute.

The winners of the Musical category are Seniors Grace Demember and Kierstin Klimas. Both girls sang and Grace played the guitar.

The winner of the Vocal category is Senior Alicia Rambo who performed a Demi Lovato song.

The winner of the final category, Dance, is Senior Evan Lambert. He performed a color guard solo to the song “My Kind of Night” by Luke Bryan.

NHS reached their goal of earning the silver level sponsor level! The talent show raised $1,600, a major success.
