Kyle McFadden, Alumni Contributor
Kyle McFadden is a Linganore High School Class of 2014 graduate, a current student at Frederick Community College and freelance sports journalist for The Washington Post, Baltimore Sun, The Frederick News-Post and Herald-Mail.
Before McFadden latched on with the Post, the Sun and the News-Post, his journalism career started with The Lance as a senior in 2014, when he served as the sports editor. Now, nearly five years later, he's returned as an "Alumni Contributor," offering occasional stories on Lancer sports and stories from around the community.
McFadden plans to transfer to the Unversity of Maryland in the fall of 2019 to complete his bachelor's degree in journalism with the hopes of one day covering college sports or the National Football League. You can follow him on Twitter @k_fadd.
