Oh, the places you’ll go: Alyssa Lewis prints her path to Shepherd University
Alyssa Lewis will attend Shepherd University this fall to study photography. She plans to work in movies or with photography in general in the future.
She said Shepherd stood out to her because of “the friends I have at Shepherd and how they talked about the school positively.”
Lewis plans to be a feature baton twirler for Shepherd University and be a part of the dance team. “My passion for dance led me to want to join the dance team, and I’ve been a twirler for 14 years.”
She thanks her parents for helping her through determining her course of study. “They guided me through everything and gave me advice.”
Her best memories at LHS are football games and school pride. She admires “the unique tribe and everyone’s friendship in the community.”
“I’m looking forward to graduating, getting my degree in photography and meeting new people,” said Lewis.
