LHSsees2020: Elizabeth Coletti plans to make a roar on the Towson soccer team

After verbally committing to play soccer at Towson University at the end of her junior year, Elizabeth Coletti will finally start her higher education as a Towson Tiger this August.

Coletti is thrilled to attend Towson this fall, but will miss the atmosphere here at Linganore.

“I going to miss the community of Linganore High School, the sporting events, and how much school spirit there is,” said Coletti.

Coletti knew Towson was the school for her because it was the best option for balancing soccer and education.

Considering herself a people person, Coletti plans to study marketing and communication.

“I enjoy working with people, and it’s something that interests me.”

On top of her education and busy soccer schedule, Coletti is looking forward to moving into her residence hall with her fellow soccer girls. Her roommate and future team member plan to attend other sporting events together and meet other Towson students with similar interests.

“I’m excited to start the next chapter of my life with new people.”
