LHSsees2020: Brianna Fay reaches the ‘High Point’ of her education

“When I stepped on campus, I instantly felt I was where I belong.”

Senior Brianna Fay will be heading to North Carolina this August as a High Point University freshman.

It was HPU’s beautiful campus that first caught Fay’s eye after she visited in the fall of 2015.

Fay plans to major in biology on a Pre-Medicine track. She hopes to one day to work as a pediatric occupational therapist.

She decided she wanted to become an occupational therapist because of her desire to help children and drive to help others accomplish their goals.

“I did an internship and fell in love with the profession. Being able to create relationships with patients and help them is really cool,” Fay said.

Fay is looking forward to finding out who her roommate will be. She hopes her roommate is considerate and kind, but most importantly, she hopes that her roommate will have the same size shoe.

Feeling excited to meet new people, Fay is planning to rush a sorority next spring and get involved on campus.

“I’m excited about making new friends and getting a fresh start.”
