Photo of the Day 11/11/14: AP Studio Art decorates sugar skulls in honor of the Day of the Dead

In Christian Madenspacher’s AP Studio Art class , students made chocolate sugar skull lollipops and decorated them with colored icing in honor of the ancient traditions performed on November first every year in memory of deceased loved ones. Madenspacher’s art students are going to create pieces inspired by tradition Hispanic art and traditions later this month.
