Did you get lucky charms delivered to you on St. Patrick’s Day? From Tuesday, March 8 to Friday, March 11,  the sophomores sold them for $1 at all lunch shifts. You could have sent them to your friends or just bought a bag of lucky treats for yourself!

The gift was a note with chocolate coins. The note said, “You’re my pot of gold. Have a lucky day.”

The sophomores that sold them were Ben Conway, Abby Watkins, Sophia Morrison, Tabitha Harmer, Nikasha K.A., and Lily Benco.

The candy grams were delivered to PREP teachers and then were given to the students on St. Patrick’s Day.

“I wanted to help sell the candy because  I have not been involved in many things so I wanted to help out,” said Morrison.

Advisor Joe Hawkins has been the sophomore advisor for 3 years now. He says that the students wanted to sell the candy grams because they enjoy receiving gifts from their friends.

Overall, the students sold about 250 candy grams and the money that they raised will be used for prom next year .
