**Attention Lancers: Interested in joining the Social Studies Honors’  Society? If you are in, or have had, at least four social studies classes  (with two of those being AP social studies classes) and if your G.P.A.  in those classes and overall meet the minimum requirement, please  consider joining! Details to follow in the Lancer Lines. See Mrs.  Richardson or Mr. Burch for details. 

**Students wishing to come to the Learning Commons during PREP for  quiet, individual study may do so by signing up in the Learning  Commons before school on the day they wish to attend. Only students  requested will be admitted during PREP. Questions? See Ms.  Thompson in the Learning Commons. 

**Any Junior or Senior interested in becoming a member of the  Science National Honor Society can pick up an application outside of  Mr. Sunkel’s classroom, A139. 

**Attention Seniors!! Counselors will be offering a “Virtual College  Boot Camp” during PREP tomorrow to help you get started with the  college application process. Please log in using the google meet  nickname: LHSCollegeBootCamp. 

** Important Technology Announcement: Students who have NOT  reset their passwords this school year MUST do so by next  Wednesday, Sept. 7th. Failure to reset your password will result in  being locked out of the network. Questions or need help? Stop by the  Learning Commons.

**Attention all students! Our new tutoring center, The Lancer Lair, is  hosting a Logo Design Contest. Interested students should design a  logo for the tutoring enter and submit the image using the QR code on  the flyers posted around the school. Designs are due by September  20th. The winner will receive a cash prize and the logo will be used to  represent our tutoring center. The contest is open to all students. See Mrs. Ecalono or Mrs. Weiss with any questions!
