Lexi Keeling will be attending Belmont University. With its location in Nashville, Tennessee, she is eager to pursue the variety of opportunities that city provides. Her childhood friend informed about the university, and the more she learned about it, the more she fell in love with it.

Keeling plans to major in Sports Administration.

Keeling is ready to move on to the new chapter in life and has a good attitude when it comes to pushing past the blocks in the road.

“You have to tackle your challenges one by one. I do that in the way I know best,” said Keeling.

Transferring from Reservoir High School to Linganore her sophomore year forced her to make new friends; however, the Linganore community made her feel right at home.

Keeling was a member of the JV softball team and was the team manager for the varsity team her junior and senior year. Her love of baseball and softball made a big impact on her throughout her time in high school. She plans to visit many minor league stadiums this summer.

She thanks her mother for being her biggest supporter and the people around her for giving her a high school experience that she’ll never forget.
