Senior Destinations 2018
Zamarre Snowden is now committed to attending Salisbury University because he believes it fits his lifestyle. He believes the school will become a big family that will support him.
He wants to major in accounting but that could change to another field that is still connected to business.
“I need to stay ahead of the game. I have to make sure I’m prioritizing according to the things that need to be prioritized,” said Snowden.
While attending Salisbury University, Snowden plans to continue his football career, despite his injury from this past season.
“Football was what led me to Salisbury. I’ve always wanted to play college football. I had two D1 schools look at me, but then I got injured. Salisbury never gave up on me and wanted me to wear their colors. And I was already loving the school. It made my decision easier where I wanted to go,” said Snowden.
Snowden wants to thank his coaches and the sacrifice of his grandparents to help get him ready for the future. He also thanks Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, Saint John’s Catholic Prep, and Linganore High School for helping him to adjust to change easily.
“My favorite memories at Linganore have been forming bonds with people I would’ve never met if I didn’t transfer and being a part of a state championship team,” said Snowden.
Zamarre is looking forward to being with people he’ll spend his life with and meeting all of the Salisbury football commits and current players.
