Class of 2018 Bright Futures: Kaycee Morris finds new life at Wilson College
Senior Destinations 2018
Kaycee Morris chose Wilson College because it has a very good educational program, and the small campus size is appealing. Smaller classes will allow her to build relationships with her teachers.
Morris is planning to become a veterinarian technician and minor in business.
“In the future, after working at a vet for a little while,I think I would want to open up a place for myself. Hopefully with the help of my minor [in business] I can do that for myself,” said Morris.
“Mrs. Rebetsky, Mrs, York, and my parents have all helped get to this point in my life and have pushed me to do my best both in school and in sports, and I’d really like to thank them for all of their support,” said Morris.
Morris is looking forward to joining plenty of clubs while at Wilson. She is also enrolled at Wilson as a dual sport athlete playing both field hockey and basketball for Wilson.
“I’m excited to travel a lot during college, whether it’s to just go around college with some friends, or travel to see different cities around the country with my family,” said Morris.
Morris’ advice to underclassmen is to go to school events, whether they’re football games or dances, and to join as many clubs and honor societies possible.
