Adriana D’Amore decided that she wanted to attend the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC) as soon as she stepped onto the campus.
“I committed to playing lacrosse my sophomore year, but I also plan to do a lot of volunteering to keep busy as well,” said D’Amore.
D’Amore is currently undecided in a choice of a major; however, she is leaning towards pursuing a career in psychology.
“An obstacle that I think will be difficult to handle since playing sports within itself takes up a lot of time, but I think I’ll be able to handle it,” said D’Amore.
“Some of my brightest memories have come from being a part of the Lady Tribe, but before that I had fun meeting the friends that I have have now, and I’m looking forward to the new ones that I’ll meet while at UMBC,” said D’Amore.
D’Amore hopes to brighten the days of other students by simply maintaining a positive outlook on life.
