During this month when we celebrate World Kindness Day and Thanksgiving, we’re choosing to focus on our blessings. Stop by the Learning Commons and add what you are thankful for to the window display.
Juniors and Seniors, are you trying to decide which college is right for you? Then you’re in luck. Any female, participating in a fall sport who has a locker in the team room you need to have it cleaned out by Friday, Nov. 9th. Any questions please see Coach Poff or Coach Easterday.

Plans are underway for the 2019 Linganore High School Winterguard. Students will learn dance, choreography, and will compete throughout the region this winter. An organizational meeting will be held on November 15th with auditions on November 27th. If you are interested in joining this award-winning group of performing artists, sign up outside Mr. Dye’s room by November 15th.
This past weekend at the Scholastics competition at Shippensburg College in PA, Frederick county swept the awards Taking 1st through 4th places. Grace Winpigler took 1st place overall, winning $500. Colleen Avila took 3rd, and Shelby Tkacik took 4th. Great job Lancers.
Women In Science and Engineering is meeting today from 7:00 to 8:15 PM at the Earth Space Science Laboratory, Frederick, MD. Their featured speaker is Dr. Karin Remington. She is president and CEO of Computational and Silver Technology Systems. See you there, Lancers.
