On November 27, the Winter athletic teams got their team and individual pictures taken by yearbook company, Herf Jones. Each team was assigned a different time slot to get their pictures taken.

Every team takes a group picture, and every member of the team also gets individual portraits. Students wear their uniforms for the photos. Most students also enjoy taking their own candid pictures while they are waiting  because the whole team is together and they can spend time together.

For the fall season the photos are taken outside on the football field; however, in the winter, they are taken on Main Street.

Athletes can purchase their photos, but are not required.

The Winter season is already under way, with scrimmages taking place this week.  The first official games beginning December 5.  Girls and boys basketball play against South Carroll.

The fall season was the most successful in recent history, with three state championships–girls soccer, cheerleading and cross country.  The football team may add a fourth state championship on November 30.

Member of the winter varsity cheer team, Kat Taylor said, “Taking team pictures is always a fun way to start the season. I love hanging out with the team and spending time together.”

Athletes signed up to order pictures through order forms and pictures will be delivered within the next weeks.
