There is now a collection box for donations to the Frederick County Animal Shelter set up in the front office.  Blankets, sheets, food and water bowls, toys and grooming tools, are some of the items that are being accepted. Donate today!

The first AP macro review will be Monday, March 27th, during PREP.  Sign-ups are outside of Mr. Beaver’s door.

Attention members of the African American Culture Club: Your permission slip for our field trip to the National Museum of African American History and Culture is due today, as well as the payment. Everything can be turned into Mrs. Ericsson in room A141.  Your payment can be made by school cash online or you may follow the directions on the permission slip.

The Drama and Performing Arts departments have been hard at work these past few weeks in preparation for our spring musical “The Addams Family”. We would love to have you and your family and friends come see the show. There is a suggested PG-13 rating, but nothing inappropriate. The show opens on Thursday, April 6th, at 7:00 pm and runs through the weekend.  Matinees are Saturday April 8th, and Sunday, April 9th, at 2:00 pm.

And now for sports related news…

Last night, the baseball team beat Walkersville 14-4 and softball won 14-3.

Yesterday, both the boys’ and girls’ tennis teams beat Walkersville. The boys’ won 5-0 and girls’ won 3-2.

Varsity boys’ lacrosse beat South Carroll 15-3 and JV won 10-5.

Tonight the baseball team will travel to Tuscarora and the softball team will play at home. Both games start at 4:30 pm.

The tennis teams will also be traveling to Tuscarora. Both games start at 4:00 pm.
