Juniors imagine life on the job: Photo of the Day 4/21/16
April 21, 2016
On April 21st, juniors were went to the cafeteria to have a practice interview with local business owners.
Each student has been prepared for their interviews by practicing in their English classes, including writing resumes and cover letters and practicing interview questions. The interviewers asked the students a variety of typical job application questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What have you done in the past year that you’re proud of? What would I find on your Facebook page?
Ms. Jennifer Radil-Harris and Mr. Jeremy Brown, transition educators, are in charge of the interviews.
Tory Spruill, who was pretending to apply for a job in photo journalism, said, “It was similar to a real interview and he gave me advice for future interviews.”
