Class of 2016 Countdown: Baseball seniors at bat for 10 more days

Nick Dellavalle, Joey Jenkins, Charlie Ronan, Jimmy Pazzanese, and John Kirk are 10 days from ending their high school careers.

This 2016 Varsity baseball team, 6-11, just finished conference play and will begin post-season play on Friday.

Center fielder, #2 Nick Dellavalle will be furthering his baseball career and education at Davis and Elkins in Elkins, West Virginia, playing for the Senators.  Dellavalle ended the regular season with a .667 batting average, a .750 on base percentage, and a 1.0 fielding percentage.

Third baseman, #14 Joey Jenkins will be furthering his education at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland where he will be playing for the Skipjacks.  Jenkins ended the regular season with a .200 batting average, a .333 on base percentage, and a 1.0 fielding percentage.

Second baseman, #11 Charlie Ronan will be furthering his education at Kent State University in Ohio. Ronan ended the regular season with a .500 batting average, a .677 on base percentage, and a 1.0 fielding percentage.

Left fielder, designated player #8 John Kirk will be furthering his education at Salisbury University. Kirk ended the season with a 1.0 fielding average.

And lastly right fielder, #18 Jimmy Pazzanese will be furthering his education of University of New Hampshire. Pazzanese ended the regular season with a .500 batting average, a .600 on base percentage, and a 1.0 fielding percentage.
