Linganore seniors and families: There is going to be a FAFSA completion event Saturday, February 13th. It will be held at Hood College between 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Financial Aid staff will be available to assist all college-bound students with FAFSA completion and will be available to answer any questions for students and their families. It is encouraged to read the “What to Bring” page of the website prior to the event. Visit their website to register at www.hood.edu/visit.

Juliet Jackman and Lexi Baughman are finalists in the Photographers Forum Magazine’s 2016 College and High School Photography Contest.

The following students were 2016 Scholastic Arts & Writing winners for Regional Gold Key, Silver Key, or Honorable Mention awards: April Lynn Slifker, Lexi Baughman, Sarah Carpenter, Michelle Gass, Juliet Jackman, Kathryn Hannah, Leigh Rankin, and Megan Werner. Once again, Lancers stepped up to the plate, as we are the only winners in Frederick County. Congratulations!
