Each year, the LHS chapter of the National Honor Society holds a talent show to broadcast the immense amount of talent Linganore has to offer, but also to combat cancer. This year, the show took place on Thursday, March 17.
The audience got the best of both worlds; they were entertained by bands, dances, instruments, songs, and magic tricks, and they were pleased top know that the proceeds of the event were donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Along with ticket sales, NHS members also raised money for LLS through the sale of paper “blood drops.”
The Master of Ceremonies of the night were Cassie Wheeles and Madeline Wodaski, with an occasional special appearance by NHS adviser Beth Sands’ six-year-old daughter, Nora.
