News for Thursday, June 11, 2015

Today is the last day for senior pictures.  Please try to make your scheduled appointment since there will be limited make up days in the fall.  Remember, if you want to be included in next year’s yearbook, you must have your picture taken with the school photographer. Please see the photographer in the morning if you need to reschedule.

We still have yearbooks available!  If you have not had a chance to buy yours, please stop by room A206 anytime except third block before they’re gone. They are $70.00 cash or check, payable to LHS.

Students are responsible for cleaning out their lockers of all personal possessions prior to leaving school on Wednesday, June 17th.

Beginning on June 18th, all lockers will be cleaned out and all personal property of students will be held in the lost and found for one week.  If not claimed, items will be given to a charitable organization.

When cleaning out your lockers and binders, ask your teachers if they have donation bins for collecting slightly used writing utensils, notebooks and other items for recycling.

All books are due back to the Media Center by Friday, June 12th at the latest.  Students who do not return books will have an obligation.  Drop off all books in the Media Center as soon as possible.

And now for sports related news:

Boys Cross Country – There will be an informational meeting today at 2:30 pm in room C224 to discuss the upcoming Cross Country season.  All returning athletes and interested students should plan on attending. Please see Coach Wright for questions.
