The JV and varsity field hockey teams play the Urbana Hawks this Friday, September 18. Knowing that the Hawks and Lancers are fierce rivals, what will it take for our field hockey teams to beat the Hawks?

Lily Eisenhart, a player on the JV team says,  “We, as a team, need to learn how to take a hit and communicate better. To achieve this goal we need to condition and use teamwork.”

The JV field hockey team is coached by Mrs. Jessica Dillon.  

Varsity player Delanie Ridgely says, “Practicing strong passes and communication” is the key to their win against Urbana. Mrs. Stefanie Roberts is the varsity coach.

The field hockey teams lost a tough battle against the Hawks in a recent tournament. 

The games are at home against Urbana on September 18. The JV game begins at 5:30 pm and varsity game is at 7:00 pm.  Football is away at 7:00 p.m. at Middletown.
