Attention band students:  Commitment forms for our spring break trip to Walt Disney World are due TODAY, Thursday, October 15th.  Please get your form to Mr. Lloyd by the end of the school day.

This is a reminder to students interested in learning more about the science internships offered at the National Cancer Institute:  There is an informational meeting tomorrow morning.  This meeting is optional; you may still apply for an internship if you decide not to attend the meeting.  See any science teacher, Mr. Brown, or Ms. Radil-Harris for details.

The Animals 101 Club is collecting donations for Frederick County Animal Control’s “Wish List”.  If you have any items you would like to contribute, please contact either Ms. Burall in room B111, or any of our Animals 101 club members.

Anyone interested in trying out for a spot in the boys basketball program is asked to stop by Coach Kraft’s office, room B102, to sign up for try-outs and to pick up information and paperwork.  Try-outs begin Saturday, November 14th.

Varsity field hockey defeated Oakdale last night in a tight match. Varsity won in double overtime with a score of 3-2.

Congratulations to the Unified Tennis team for their win over Walkersville yesterday by the match score of 9-3.  Great job!
