Attention sophomores:  A student assembly will be held on Monday morning with information about class rings!  If you attend any programs outside of the building during this time period, please stop by the front office next week for more information.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes Club is sponsoring a “SEE YOU AT THE POLE” event on Tuesday, September 22^nd.  The FCA invites students to join them in a time of prayer and reflection on Tuesday at 7:00 am, by the flag pole, in front of the school.

The Varsity Volleyball team is hosting a tournament at Linganore TOMORROW, Saturday, September 19^th.  Tournament play starts at 8:00 am and runs into the late afternoon with teams from Frederick, Carroll, Howard Counties and Pennsylvania.  Please come out to support the team.

Good luck to the girls field hockey teams who play Urbana tonight, at home, in our stadium. The JV game starts at 5:30 pm and the Varsity game begins at 7:00 pm.

Congratulations to the LHS golf team on its victory over Tuscarora yesterday by a score of 146 to 172.

Two of our LHS photography students have been chosen for prizes in the Byerly-Rothwell Photography Contest.  In the student category, Alexa Baughman came in 1st place and Marina Potter came in 3^rd place.  Congratulations!
