Mr.LHS 2014: Meet Nick Weinel
Senior Nick Weinel is one of the contestants competing for the crown of Mr. Linganore. Nick said, “I want to be Mr. Linganore because I’ve watched the competitions from the years before and it seemed like a blast, so I might as well try it out.”
Nick will be performing a piano medley for the talent portion, with some outside help, but he doesn’t want to spoil his surprise.
He will be escorted by MaryKate Hall. Nick has been preparing for the competition since December. His character in the “Happily Ever After” entrance portion is Simba from The Lion King. Nicks strategy is to just have fun in the competition with his fellow contestants.
Something that no one knows about him? He has taken tae kwon doe and received a blue belt.
