There will be NO biology ELO tutoring today after school; however, the english and algebra tutoring will meet as they usually do.

If your are in ROTC next semester, please report to room C122 at some point today to have your photo taken for the cadet roster.

For all the juniors and seniors looking into colleges, we have many representatives from different schools coming to Linganore soon! In the next week, the following schools will be visiting: Gettysburg College, Ferrum, WV Wesleyan, Mercyhurst, Elon, York, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Kent State, Wilson College, Randolph Macon, and Juniata. Seniors can sign up on NAVIANCE to meet with a rep, and juniors should see Mrs. Riley in student services if they are interested.

“See You at The Pole” is TOMORROW Wednesday, Sept. 24th at 7 AM. Come out and join your fellow students as they pray for our school, county and country. Hope to see you “At the Pole”!

The JV and Varsity girls field hockey teams both play home games tonight against westminster . Jv plays at 5:30 and varsity at 7. Come out to support the team.

Congratulations to the LHS Golf team who qualified yesterday for the State Tournament that will be played at the University of Maryland in October.  Brent Wilkerson took second with a 76 and Ryan Gilmartin place fourth overall with a 79 in very windy conditions. Great job guys!

Also, Congrats to both the Varsity and JV Girls soccer teams for their victories last night against Westminster. Varsity won with a score of 1-0 and JV won with a score of 2-0. Keep up the good work ladies!

Unfortunately, both JV and Varsity soccer faced a tough defeat against Westminster last night. It was a hard fought game, but they were unable to come through. Get ‘em next time guys.
