Key Club will be collecting toys for Toys for Tots all this week in the morning before school. Look for Key Club members ringing a bell outside of the school and drop off your toys there! They will also be collecting toys at the home basketball games this week.

 

Ninth and Tenth grade students interested in starting a program at the Career and Technology Center next year must first shadow the program before the end of February.  Start by completing the permission form that can be picked up in Student Services.  It is important that you attend your assigned shadow, as space in some programs are limited.

 

Students who took the PSAT in October will receive their test book and score report today in advisement.  Please share this information with your family and use the access code on the score report to learn more about your test results.  Parents and students may attend the PSAT review session on Wednesday, December 17 at 7pm in the Media Center.

 

And now for Sports related news…

 

Both the Varsity Boys and JV Boys basketball teams won against South Hagerstown last friday.  The next home game is tomorrow against Francis Scott Key.  JV game starts at 5:30.  Varsity game starts at 7pm. Good luck boys!

 

The following are the results of the Terry Baker Track and Field Meet. Adam Beisser won the 55 meter hurdles. Brennan Henyon finished 2nd in the 3200 meter run. Patrick Coggings ran a personal best in the 1600 meter run.Will Nixon ran a good race in the 300 meter dash and a great leg on the 4 by 200 meter relay. Great effort by all athletes.
