Students between the ages of 15 and 18 looking for a summer job opportunity, applications are now being accepted at Monocacy National Battlefield. For more information or to pick up an application, See Ms. Radil-Harris or Mr. Brown in C103.

The Final Four in the Library’s March Madness Tournament has begun! It has truly been a series of adrenaline fueled literary competition. Be sure to visit the library so you can keep updated on the latest March Madness news.

There will be two AP pre-administration sessions held in the cafeteria on April 20 and April 21 from 2:30-3:15.  Students whose last name begins with A-K should attend on April 20 and students whose last name begins with L-Z should attend on April 21.  All students taking an AP exam must attend one of the two sessions.

If you are a senior band member, applications for the 2015 Band Booster Scholarship are available from Mr. Lloyd in the band room. The deadline for completion of the application is April 9th, and the winner will be announced at the band banquet on May 1st.  See Mr. Lloyd for more information.

Linganore’s Key Club will be co-hosting an all you can eat Pancake Breakfast, to benefit local community projects.The breakfast will be held this Saturday, from 6 am to Noon, at Calvary United Methodist Church, in Mt. Airy. The admission price is 8 dollars for adults, 4 dollars for children ages 6 to 12, and free for those 5 and under. Come out and support our fantastic Key Club!

The Lancer Softball and Baseball teams beat our cross town rivals, Oakdale, yesterday. The Softball team won 18 to 4 and the Baseball team won 9 to 2. Great job, Lancers!

Linganore’s Lacrosse teams take on the Westminster Owls today. The Girl’s team is playing at home at Linganore and the Boy’s team is playing away at Westminster. Good luck, Lancers!

Attention Unified Track and Field Team: Unified Track and Field practice is cancelled for today. The next practice will be Tuesday, March 31, 2:30pm at the track. This will be an important practice to prepare for our track meet on April 8.
