Mateo Peyton-Deblock (no twitter) is a member of the Class of 2026. Mateo is part of the Linganore winter guard. They enjoy writing, making music and hanging out with friends.

Mateo’s dream is to do work in both forensic and marine biology. He wishes to go to Flagler College right when he graduates from high school. He plans to get a job right when he starts college so he can afford the koi fish he wants. 

They hope they can travel around the world and write about all the different marine life they see.

This is Mateo’s first year at The Lance, and he’s excited to write about what he’s passionate about and inspire people with his writing.
