Lancer Spotlight 5/18/2022: Spanish posters on display representing how students view our future
May 18, 2022
In early May, Mrs. Rosa Munoz’s Spanish 3 class created posters of their visions of the future while incorporating Spanish vocabulary. The posters are displayed on the lockers in the World Languages hallway. Some students chose to write about their individual futures, while others wrote about how they imagine the world will look in 30+ years from now. They were required to incorporate the Spanish “futuro” tense.
Freshman Hailey Allen made a poster describing how she pictures the environment in the future. Images of the dangers our environment faces due to climate change and habitat destruction were included in the poster.
“I chose to make a poster on this because I see a lot of destruction in the environment, and there are lots of things students in our school can do to improve our future,” said Allen.
“El futuro de nuestro medio ambiente esta en nuestras manos!”
