**The National Business Honor Society is the nation’s leading honor  program for exceptional students studying in the area of business  education. Join the Linganore NBHS chapter and prepare for your  future. We will organize field trips, guest speakers, and service  projects. 

Applications are available in Rooms A218 & A227. Complete and  submit your application to Mrs. Parente or Mr. Beaver by September  30th. 

**Underclass photos will be taken September 30 and October 1st. If  you did not receive a pass to have your photo taken, please check  with your 4th period teacher. Make sure to report to the Auditorium at  your assigned time & be sure to social distance while you wait for your  turn to be photographed. See Mrs. Hardister in room E130 with any  questions or concerns. 

**Attention String Orchestra Students for next semester: Mr. Dye  would like to offer an opportunity for the Orchestra to perform in the  Winter Concert on December 2nd. If interested, please plan to attend  our first meeting on Thursday September 30 from 2:30 – 4 in Mr. Dye’s  room D113. See Mr. Dye for more details.

**Attention Band Students! Sign-up sheets are available in the band  room for All-County Band, All-State Band, Towson University Honor  Band & Shepherd University Honor Band. If interested in any of these  groups, please sign up by Friday, October 1.

**Linganore Golf won by shooting a 161 to Catoctin Golf’s 199 at PB  Dye Golf Club on Tuesday, 9/28/21 

The low Medalist was Linganore Senior Sam Johnson with a 1 under  round of 35
