News for January 6
January 7, 2020
Hello Linganore, Kojo Benefo is collecting shoes for his Student Service Project this winter. The shoes are being given to unfortunate families. These shoes will provide them warmth and a sense of livelihood through the winter season. He and the families would appreciate if you could donate gently worn (without holes or worn out soles). Used and/or new pairs of shoes. There will be a shoe drop box in the front office and in the athletic hallway in the coming week. See Kojo Benefo or Ms. Easterday for more information on how you can help!
Help us fill up Shiver, the Learning Commons Snowman, by logging your reading for the Winter Reading Challenge. Need help signing up on Beanstack? Stop by the Learning Commons. Remember: Students who log 60 minutes will be invited for a celebration and those logging 500 minutes will be entered to win a gift certificate. Let’s reach our school-wide 50,000-minute goal!
