The Linganore Performing Arts Department´s Footloose performed their last shows this weekend. They looked incredible and congrats on an amazing show!

Attention student drivers: Parking is at a premium, so it’s important that you park in your designated color zone!  Every day the parking lots are checked for parking permits with the color zone you were assigned when you first received your parking permit.  Any zone color mismatches or other parking violations will be issued tickets. If you have any questions about where you should be parking, please contact Mrs. Shapiro in the front office.

Green Valley Elementary School is looking for volunteers for their annual Green Valley Carnival on Saturday, May 19th. Volunteers will be needed for set-up, running games, and cleaning up after the event. This is a great opportunity to help the community and get volunteer hours if needed. Band and color guard students, Auditions for Drum Major and Section Leaders will be held after school on Thursday, May 10. Audition materials may be picked up from Mr. Lloyd beginning Thursday, April 26.

The varsity baseball and softball teams both won their games on saturday. Baseball won Urbana with a score of 1-0 and softball won South Hagerstown with a score of 22-1. Great job teams!

Both girls and boys varsity tennis team unfortunately lost to Urabana on friday. Boys lost 4-1 and girls lost 5-0.

Boys Lacrosse JV and varsity teams both play tomorrow against manchester valley at home. Jv starts at 5:30 and varsity at 7:00.

Girls Lacrosse JV and varsity also play tomorrow with manchester valley at home. JV plays at 5:00 and varsity plays at 6:30. Be sure to be there and support the teams!

Come out to support Lily Weaver at the NHS Talent Show this Friday May 4. The show begins at 7 pm and tickets are $5 at the door. Baskets will be raffled off at the show! Hope to see you there!
