Towson will be hosting a “Music Major for a Day” event on Monday, October 9. see Mr. Lloyd for more information
Towson University will also be hosting its annual Junior-Senior Honor Band Festival on Saturday, December 9. If you are interested in being nominated, please sign up in the band room by the end of this week.

Sign ups for The Giver are up outside room D101. Auditions will be in the auditorium today at two thirty. There will be a meeting held in D101 for the technical crew this Friday after school. See Ms. Smithhisler with any questions.

The ACE mentor program orientation is scheduled for thursday the 21st at Tuscarora High School, The application deadline is friday the 29th.

Come chill out after school with delicious sno-cones from Snowie of frederick. They are being sold from 4:30-6:30pm today in the bottom lot as a fundraiser for the field hockey teams.
Boys JV soccer won against north Hagerstown yesterday and the varsity team lost.
Girls Varsity and JV soccer both won two nothing against North Hagerstown last night. Haley Barge had two goals. Good Job ladies
The volleyball team had a big win over north hagerstown last night.
Tonight the JV Football game will be against TJ at TJ, the game starts at 4
Varsity football will play TJ this friday, it will be a yellow out for Childhood Cancer Awareness month in support of Lily Weaver and every child with cancer.
As a reminder, Mrs. Byrd’s third period will report to class immediately after prep today instead of going to lunch.
